To upgrade Java for 3DEXPERIENCE, download the supported Java version from the official Oracle or OpenJDK site.
Update the environment variables and restart relevant services to apply changes.

To submit a Softmarc Customer Care support request, log in to the Customer Portal and click on “Submit a Ticket.”
Fill in the required details and attach any relevant files before submitting.

To identify the DSLS Computer ID, open the DSLS License Administration Tool and go to the “Licensing” tab.
The Computer ID will be listed as “Computer Identifier” in the license server details.

To configure the DSLS client, open the DSLS License Administration Tool and enter the license server’s Computer ID or hostname under the “License” tab.
Click “Add” or “Apply” to save the configuration and restart the application if needed.
